This Mallorca cooking class begins with a chef-led tour of the emblematic Olivar Market in the vibrant heart of Palma, sampling as we go.
After sourcing the freshest ingredients, we return to the kitchen for a hands-on tapas masterclass, then sit down together to enjoy the fruits of your labour with a crisp glass of Mallorcan wine.
