Learn the history of Mallorcan winemaking, discover the family behind the vineyard, and explore their passionate journey to recover forgotten native grape varieties for modern generations to enjoy.
Across the tasting you’ll explore rare and recovered native grapes, including:
Mantonegro (Red), the king of Binissalem; light & highly aromatic
Moll / Prensal Blanc (White), fresh, easy-drinking, slightly saline
Callet (Red), rustic, earthy elegance
Giró Ros (White), a recovered variety with body, golden colour & ripe fruit aromas
Mantonegro Cabellis (White/Pink), a rare clone used for an exceptional Blanc de Noirs
Escursac (Red), a very rare, ancient grape; fresh, bright and low in tannin
Gorgollassa (Red), another forgotten grape, adding distinct violet floral notes
