This Mallorca gin tasting explores the history of gin on the island through the lens of a family-run distillery.

Featuring Cabraboc Gins, where two generations work together from Sóller, the "Valley of the Oranges", this tasting explores the complete process of artisan gin making and the art of crafting the perfect Gin & Tonic.

All gins are expertly paired with artisan tonics and small bites designed to complement their botanical profiles:

Cabraboc Original, the classic expression of Tramuntana botanicals

Orange Gin, Sóller Valley citrus; a dry gin celebrating orange in its floral beauty

Blue Gin, infused with island lavender, rosemary and thyme

Palo de Mallorca, a traditional Mallorcan aperitif

Cabraboc Hierbes de Mallorca, the island’s signature herbal liqueur to finish

3 gin tastings, served neat and with mixers (15ml)

2 traditional Mallorcan liquor tastings (15ml), Palo (with soda or lemon) and Hierbes de Mallorca

A tasting tapita to accompany each pour
