Diese Stornierungsbedingungen erläutern, wie eine Tasting Palma-Buchung geändert oder storniert werden kann. Sie sind Bestandteil unserer Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen. Bitte lesen Sie beide vor der Buchung.

Öffentliche Erlebnisse

1. 48 hours or more notice before the start time: full refund or free reschedule to any future available date.
2. Less than 48 hours but more than 24 hours notice: a 50% rescheduling fee applies; bookings are non-refundable.
3. Less than 24 hours notice: bookings are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
4. If you become unwell within 48 hours of the experience, the policy still applies but you may send a substitute in your place. Tell us their name, allergies and dietary requirements at least one business day before.

Private Gruppenveranstaltungen

For private group bookings (full buy-outs and bespoke events) a minimum charge and minimum participant number apply regardless of actual attendance. Full payment is required at the time of booking.

Reduzierung der Teilnehmerzahl

• 14+ days notice: 100% refund for the removed participants.
• Less than 14 days but 72+ hours notice: 50% refund for the removed participants.
• Less than 72 hours notice: no refund.

Stornierung der gesamten Buchung

• 30+ days notice: 100% refund.
• Less than 30 days but 14+ days notice: 50% refund.
• Less than 14 days notice: no refund.

Geschenkkarten und Geschenkgutscheine

1. You can cancel within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund to the original payment method, processed within 14 days.
2. After 24 hours, gift cards and gift vouchers are non-refundable but valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Once redeemed for a specific experience the public-experience policy above applies.

Wenn wir stornieren müssen

Wenn wir stornieren müssen an experience because of illness, weather, supplier issues or any other reason beyond our control, we will offer you a full refund or the option to reschedule free of charge.

Wie man storniert oder umbucht

Schreiben Sie an experience@tastingpalma.com oder nutzen Sie unser Kontaktformular. Please include your booking reference, the experience name, the original date and your preferred new date if you would like to reschedule. We aim to reply within 24 hours.
